Q It is normal practice with our sales force to start the day in the office. We can talk to staff members, including the sales manager, handle mail and telephone calls, plan the caesura of the day and make appointments before hitting the road. However, an of our younger sales folks are not showing up and that have the appearances to irritate our sales manager. He thinks they are sleeping in. When I questioned a of them about it they claimed they were seeing customers and expectations and found that to be better use of their time. Do you have an opinion? (HCB Michigan)
